Meditation for
Stress and Anxiety

You may be under the pump at work or life in general is more stressful than usual. This is causing you to feel anxious and stressed out. To help you manage these feelings and reduce overwhelm, what we can do is manage our internal environment. This internal environment refers to your mind, your thoughts, your inner voice. Let’s quieten the monkey mind and make space for clarity and lightness. 


While it may feel like you can’t spare any extra time for yourself, it’s important to carve out at least 15 minutes to yourself to decompress, destress and avoid burnout.

Find a comfortable position, hit play and settle in.
